I mean, I get the whole, "condom broke story and shiz...."
But I believe every action we make should either have a punishment or a reward.
Like, example, a teenage girl had unprotected sex and she knew, shouldn't that action have a punishment of either taking care of the baby til full term and....adoption? Or, keep the baby and raise it, it was her bad choices so why shouldn't she pay for it.
So basically, I want a "compromise" in the whole "abortion" ordeal, how about under certain circumstances (rape, illness, etc.) and not unprotected sex, broken condom, or just for the heck of it for teens and adults.
I cannot imagine being raped, and being only 15 I can't imagine the feeling of a baby in my tummy so if abortion ends by that time and im stuck with the pain that was not of my control, I'll probably kill myself. But if I was a horny and naive girl who has sex when I know I'm not suppose to, shouldn't I have punishment for my bad decisions? Life is not going to go your way, so....ta-da!~
Some of what I've said doesn't make sense, but I tried to please BOTH sides of the opposing argument of Abortion. If you see any flaws or any ideas about my "compromise" please tell. I'm all game!~
I was talking to my dad about this the other day. In the long run it does not matter if we break moral laws, what matters is our continued survival on the planet Earth, and with our steadily growing population, eventually we will outgrow our planet and then we will be severely fucked! People's morals/religions/beliefs/nonsense won't matter when were facing the brink of extinction!
I also have something else that would do it but I don't think people would agree.
7 billion people? and that's so much? We can be much more people without harming ourselves our the planet either. There are enough ressources on the earth to take care of everyone. Current food troubles ares caused by distribution not production. I am quoting Obama, supporter of abortion btw.
It is our own selfishness which is destroying ourselves by means of war & poverty. Forget the figures, it is the will to cope with our foibles that matters!!
Abort abort
I don't support abortion without reason, I don't think that if some horny teen gets knocked up she should be allowed to run to a clinic saying "I made a mistake". You don't want to risk getting pregnant, then don't have sex.
I can agree with aborting if you were raped, or if you have medical issues in your family that could cause the baby serious harm, things like that.
That being said, I'm also tired of people screaming "Abortion is murder!". We send soldiers off to war to kill other humans in cold blood, what's the big difference? It is not your choice to decide whether someone should have to carry a baby, it is their own. So it's a sin, who cares? Not everyone shares the same religious views.
People just need to learn to shut the fuck up, because nobody is going to win pointless arguments like whether abortion is right or wrong. What may be right for some, may not be right for another.
