Reminds me of most of my online-friends. Emoji30 by Emoji-icon

They're constantly on their phones and most of them don't even have a job, which means they're at home almost all day. They sleep to late afternoon. But if you send them a message or try to have a conversation with them, they simply don't reply to you. So, they let you wait for months although it's obvious they're online almost half the day. And if you dare to ask them if they plan on getting back to your message, they get all butt-hurt and say "I have a life" and they act like as if you have harassed them. Like. Dude. I also have a life outside my online activities. If you can't manage to hold up conversations with your friends, you're a bad person and you obviously need to get your priorities straight. If it's someone you hardly ever had contact to, okay. But if you even neglect people who have been your friends for years and have always been there for you, well that's low.

I don't have a problem with people who are busy and really don't have time, but the majority of people I know tell me that they don't have time although they're online most of the day and still reply to other people. It's kind of annoying and rude.

And I hate artists who still have enough time for their own projects and simply won't start on their commissions although they have been paid for it. The longest time I had to wait were two years. I constantly had to ask her what was going on and why she still hadn't started my commission (which wasn't exactly cheap) and she was like: "Yeah, I had an accident and I'm almost blind now" and had so many other excuses... while she obviously was online on her tumblr and submitted new artworks on that other website. She was able to draw her OCs, but she couldn't draw her commissions although she already had accepted the money. If you don't plan on starting a commission, just don't accept the payment before you have time. You're just ruining your own business, because people will remember the waiting time and they will warn others about how you neglect your work.

It's something else if you tell them about your circumstances and why it might take longer. But if you don't, don't get angry that people consider you a thief, because you're stealing money here without fulfilling your end of the deal. And that's low. There is no excuse for taking someone else's money and don't start working.
